Happy New Year

Hard to believe we're already 11 days into the new year!  This will be a great 2010.

The first infant massage class of the year began last week with the new introductory session that has been added to the course.  Great session!  This week the babies come with their moms and we will be working with legs, feet and stomach.  Those little ones surely will sleep well Thurs.!

ANNOUNCEMENT:  February 27 & 28th, from 10-5 pm is the next Energy Medicine for Self, Babies and Families weekend workshop in Laguna Woods.  In this workshop, we will journey into a heart-filled experience of love, healing and expansion for yourself which you can then share with your family members. 

What is Energy Medicine ?  It is hands-on and hands-off energy clearing that enhances one's ability to heal themself and others.  Energy healing can accelerte the healing process of birth trauma or complications, enhance attachment and bonding, heal circumcisions, the umbilical cord or infection for babies.  It helps accelerate wound healing and bone fractures, headaches, teething, emotional melt-downs, anxiety, bruises, amongst other health issues of your children.  It can calm and relax stressed adults and children.  Congestion and pain can clear with ease.  For adults, it offers emotional, mental, physical and spiritual cleansing creating clarity, balance and grounding along with many other merits.

You will learn about the chakras and energy fields and how to clear them of congestion, creating balance.  You will walk away with tools to help your babies, children and yourself live a healthier life.

This is an introductory workshop into Energy Medicine, utilizing foundational techniques from Healing Touch (tm) and other energy healing modalities.

There will be lots of table time to experience exchanges with other students along with information shared in a subjective and objective lecture style, plus heart-centered meditation.
