'Tis the busy time of the year with lots of hustle and blustle, getting all things ready for this week's Christmas celebrations. We've had warm weather lately, turned cold, to pleasantly cool weather, and now the wind. No wonder I have been home nursing a cold virus for the past five days. But we all need some down-time and often we don't honor that for ourselves unless we get sick! So I have let go, left my gifts unwrapped, hunkered down on the couch with a good book, a cup of tea, my homeopathic remedies, a box of tissues, my comfy afghan, and surrendered to my bodies need to detox and renew itself.
